Films are usually documentaries on a variety of social justice issues. Group discussion follows the film. Some examples of topics covered are climate change, inequality, discrimination, poverty and corruption. The screenings are free. Refreshments are provided. We meet in the sanctuary at 7pm usually on the first Thursday of each month, however the date may change for special events.

We will be screening Eyes on the Prize: Awakenings (1954–1956) Episode 1 which focuses on the early years of struggle for black freedom, including the lynching of Emmett Till, the Montgomery Bus Boycott, and the formation of the SCLC. Refreshments will be served.
